The story
BMX All Stars follows young riders at Peckham BMX, narrated by Ashley Walters. As Senior Producer Director I spent months with the kids, filming them on and off the track. The series was nominated for Best Children's Programme at the Broadcast Awards 2025.
The challenge
Really getting to know the kids and building rapport over those months. It was hard to do, and it was the most rewarding part of the job.
